During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be very clean and hygienic. We particularly liked the family suite, which was perfect for us to stay together. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for us, as it was very central and within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. On top of that, the manager was very polite and well-spoken, which added to our enjoyable experience.

We encountered some issues with the service. the staff was not particularly prompt in addressing our basic requirements, and we had to call multiple times for assistance.
